**EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or "tapping," is a simple stress-management technique that combines mindful focus with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points.**

# # # How to try EFT tapping:

1️⃣ Take a slow, deep breath.

2️⃣ Think about the feeling or situation that's causing you stress.

3️⃣ Take a moment to notice how intense it feels on a scale from 0–10, where 0 is no stress and 10 is the most intense.

4️⃣ Using two fingertips, gently tap each of these points about 5–7 times:

• Side of the hand (karate chop point)
• Beginning of the eyebrow
• Side of the eye
• Under the eye
• Under the nose
• Chin
• Collarbone
• Under the arm

5️⃣ As you tap, acknowledge how you're feeling. You might say something like:
*"Even though I'm feeling stressed, I choose to accept myself and allow myself to relax."*

6️⃣Take another deep breath and notice how you feel. Repeat if needed.

Many people find EFT tapping helps them slow down, become more present, and manage stress. While research is still evolving, some studies suggest it may help reduce stress and anxiety for some individuals.
