This is a one-of-a-kind service that combines two powerful manual therapy approaches ( with a dash of energywork ) and an organic facial.
SLOW-INTENTIONAL-FOCUSED-RESET
Craniosacral therapy addresses restrictions within the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluid dynamics surrounding the brain and spinal cord. This work can help improve central nervous system regulation and reduce chronic protective tension patterns.
Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage targets the soft tissues throughout the body, supporting healthy fluid movement, decreasing inflammation, and improving tissue recovery.

I am really excited about offering this to my existing and new clients as lymphatic drainage massage was one of the therapies I sought out after my car accident last October. It was one of the key therapies that helped with my recovery, and since I've had a lot of recent requests at the spa for it I decided to do additional training and add it to my list of services!
