Today I started our newest program on BOD. It's called Chop Wood Carry Water by ... to say I loved it would be an understatement. I got up early and got my energize/hydrate combo ready to lift. I have progressed a lot more than I thought I would. I actually was able to do the modified underswitches without tripping up. I used 10 lbs for my weights.
This is my second Soul mate program. Thank you for developing this program and of course 645.
