Today was a day we’ve been looking forward to for 7 weeks….

Construction on Renew Integrative Wellness and the additional medical/dental rental space has officially resumed! ❤️

There were moments over the past several weeks when we weren’t sure what the next chapter would hold, but today we are incredibly thankful to be moving forward.

More than anything, we want to say thank you to the people of Cashion… your support has meant more than you’ll ever know.

There were so many of you that we had never even met, yet you stood behind this project because you believe in investing in the future of our community. That is something we will never forget.

We are grateful for everyone involved in helping us move forward, and we’re excited to get back to doing what we’ve always wanted to do—creating a place where people can improve their health, build strength, and where additional healthcare services can continue to grow within our community.

Thank you for believing in this project. We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome you in.

Over the past several years, so much time, hard work, and sacrifice have gone into bringing Renew Integrative Wellness and the Wellness Co-op to Cashion. I hope this space creates something that will serve our community for years to come. In this place, people can prioritize their health, move their bodies, receive personalized wellness care, and have another place to invest in living healthier lives.

The Wellness Co-op was also intentionally designed with an additional medical office space that could one day become home to another healthcare provider, such as a dentist, chiropractor, therapist, or other healthcare professional. In a growing community like Cashion, having more healthcare services available locally would be an incredible asset for Cashion and the surrounding communities.

On Monday, July 20, at 6:00 PM, the Cashion Town Board will consider our variance request, which will determine whether construction can move forward.

If you believe in what we're building, if Renew has impacted you or your family positively, or if you simply believe in investing in the future of Cashion, I would be incredibly grateful for your support by attending the meeting.

Your presence matters more than you know.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged us and reached out with kind words. This journey has certainly had its challenges, but it has also reminded me just how special this community is.

Good morning. Here is an update on the building process of the Wellness Co-Op, where Renew Integrative Wellness will finally have a home. While I am sad construction was placed on hold, I am still very excited to one day serve our community and beyond. Renew will provide preventative, proactive healthcare, with hormone optimization, metabolic health support, and a modern space for people to be physically active. This pause in construction is just for a brief moment, and I am hopeful everything works out so that, along with Renew, another medical service can also be added to serve our rural community.

Now Hiring: Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Renew Integrative Wellness is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cashion, Oklahoma, this September.

This position is much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. The right person will help create the welcoming, supportive experience our patients and gym members deserve from the moment they walk through the door.

As the face of Renew, you will play a vital role in the success of both our wellness clinic and fitness facility.

Responsibilities include:
-Answering phones and assisting patients and members
-Scheduling clinic appointments
-Processing insurance prior authorizations
-Collecting payments
-Initiating and managing gym memberships
-Patient communication and follow-up
-Administrative and office support duties
-Assisting with the daily operations of both the clinic and the fitness facility

The ideal candidate is:
-Kind, welcoming, and personable
-Compassionate and understanding
-Self-motivated and dependable
-Organized and efficient
-Detail-oriented
-Professional in both appearance and communication
-Comfortable learning new software and technology
-Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
-Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
-Prior authorization experience strongly preferred
-Experience with scheduling, patient communication, and front-office operations is a plus

While Renew is a cash-pay clinic, prior authorization experience remains an important part of this role for medication insurance coverage.

We’re excited to share that construction of the Wellness Co-Op is underway in Cashion, OK!

The Wellness Co-Op is being created as a collaborative space where healthcare and wellness professionals can work alongside one another with a shared focus on strengthening and supporting the health of our rural community.

As part of the project, we will have an 868 sq ft space available for lease with build-to-suit options and flexible lease terms depending on tenant needs.

We are looking for a like-minded provider such as:
• Chiropractor
• Family Medicine Provider
• Dentist
• Massage Therapist
• Wellness or Recovery Services
• Other complementary healthcare professionals

Our goal is to create a modern, welcoming environment where providers can grow their practices while collectively making a meaningful impact in the community we serve.
