🧦 Compression on compression?! YES, you heard that right! 👀

Michael is back with another compression tip! 💚 Did you know that layering compression garments can sometimes be an option for managing swelling? It’s all about getting the RIGHT amount of compression, not just piling on more layers!

⚠️ Remember, more compression isn’t always better! Make sure you’re using the right fit and compression level for your needs.

Who knew socks could be so complicated?! 😂🧦

Not all wraps are created equal! 🦵

Ward is here to explain why we’re not big fans of using regular gauze as a compression wrap.

While gauze might look like it’s doing the job, it doesn’t provide reliable, consistent compression. It can shift, bunch up, and even create a tourniquet effect if it gets too tight in one spot. 😬

When it comes to managing swelling and promoting wound healing, the right compression makes all the difference!
