🔎Force plates give us more than a jump height.
Using the VALD Performance system, we can measure how athletes produce force, how quickly they produce it, and whether meaningful asymmetries exist between limbs.
That information helps guide programming decisions. Need more force production? Training changes.
Need to improve rate of force development? Training changes.
Showing side-to-side differences after an injury? Training changes.
The goal isn’t collecting data for the sake of collecting data. The goal is using objective information to make better training decisions and track progress over time.
Objective data drives better decisions. 📝
