THE RESULTS ARE IN 📈

Our Summer Strength & Conditioning crew put in the work this summer, and we saw some awesome progress ⤵️

After 10 weeks:
🔥100% improved their broad jump
🚀Average broad jump improvement: +5.8 inches
⬆️Average vertical jump improvement: +1.5 inches
🦵 Single-leg symmetry improved from 91.4% to 97.5%

A few athletes made some especially big jumps:
💥 +12.25” Men’s Broad Jump
💥 +8.75” Women’s Broad Jump
⚡ +2.5” Vertical Jump

10 weeks. 2 days a week.

We’re proud of how hard this group worked and the progress they made throughout the summer.
