Cassie Amadio, FNP-C
Founder, Women's Wellness of Wyoming, LLC
Family Nurse Practitioner | Gynecology | Hormone Therapy
I began my career in 2002 as a registered nurse, working in acute hospital settings for 11 years. In 2012, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming and became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse P

ractitioners (AANP). From 2019 to 2024, I had the honor of training under the esteemed Dr. Sam Vigneri, gaining extensive specialization in gynecology and obstetrics. My clinical expertise includes the full spectrum of gynecological care, from routine well-woman exams, pap smears, and contraceptive management (including IUDs and Nexplanons), to the evaluation and management of complex gynecologic conditions. I work closely with local OB-GYN specialists to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients requiring surgical interventions. I am trained in assisting with a wide range of gynecological surgeries, including cesarean sections, laparotomies, and robotic-assisted procedures using the da Vinci surgical system. I will soon be offering surgical assistance services in collaboration with local OB-GYNs. A certified provider through Biote, I specialize in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and have earned Biote’s prestigious Legacy Provider status, a recognition awarded for consistently delivering high-quality, safe, and effective hormone optimization care. I also offer traditional hormone therapy options tailored to each patient’s needs. Our clinic will not provide any obstetric care, however we will be happy to provide prenatal and postpartum care, if needed. I am board certified through the AANP: American Association of Nurse Practitioners. We are currently in network with all major insurances, including:
BCBS
UHC
Aetna
Cigna
Meritain

This week marks a very special milestone for us—our first anniversary at Women's Wellness of Wyoming!

One year ago, we opened our doors with a vision of creating a practice where women could receive compassionate, personalized, and exceptional gynecologic care. Building a clinic from the ground up has been one of the most demanding yet rewarding experiences of our lives. It has come with unexpected challenges and steep learning curves, but it has also been a year filled with incredible support and tremendous growth.

As we reflect on this first year, our overwhelming feeling is gratitude.

To the incredible people who believed in us before there were patients in the waiting room, before the systems were perfected, and before we knew exactly what this journey would look like—thank you. Your guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout this process have helped turn an idea into a thriving practice.

To our team—Felicity, Addy, Monica, and Heather—thank you for your faith in us and for your unwavering dedication to quality patient care, which has carried us through every challenge.

To our respected partners, colleagues, friends, family, advisors, and community supporters, thank you for championing us and helping us grow. The number of referrals we have received from so many of this region's most respected medical clinics, providers, and distinguished specialists has also been overwhelming. We are deeply grateful for the confidence our fellow healthcare professionals have shown in our practice, and it is an honor to partner with them in caring for the women of Wyoming.

We would like to extend a special thank you to these local businesses:

Kate Whitaker, FNP-BC, owner of Evolve Health Services
From the very beginning, Kate has been an invaluable mentor, colleague, and friend to Cassie Amadio, FNP-C. Long before Women's Wellness of Wyoming opened its doors, she generously shared her knowledge, experience, encouragement, and practical guidance.

Dennis Corr, owner of Prairie Wing Builders
Dennis was instrumental in helping us open our doors as quickly as possible to serve the thousands of patients who needed us following the passing of Dr. Sam Vigneri, Dennis's best friend. We are incredibly grateful for the beautiful clinic space he helped bring to life and for the generous, ongoing support from Dennis, his family, and his staff.

Jonah Bank of Wyoming
The team at Jonah Bank took the time to listen to our needs and understand our vision. They helped us navigate a stressful, expedited process by walking alongside us with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Jonah Bank is not only an invaluable Wyoming-grown resource for banking and financing, but genuinely advocates for community and local development. We feel very fortunate to work with such a wonderful group of people.

And most importantly, to our patients: thank you for placing your trust in us. It is a privilege to care for you, and your confidence in our practice is the foundation of everything we do.

This first year has not been without obstacles, but each challenge has strengthened us. Today, we are proud not only of what we have built, but also of the community that helped make it possible. As we celebrate this anniversary, we recognize that none of it would have happened without the remarkable people who stood beside us along the way.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Cassie Amadio and the Women's Wellness of Wyoming Team
