Messages like this one from our patients never get old.

This sweet, 15-year-old girl came to us after experiencing something confusing and concerning: she had gotten her first period, but then it stopped. Along with other health challenges, she and her family were left searching for answers.

After just a few months of care with Dr. Isaac, she got her cycle back.

Can you imagine the excitement? The relief? The feeling of finally seeing your body do what it was designed to do?

Stories like this are why we’re passionate about sharing a different perspective on health. Instead of simply covering up symptoms, we work to uncover the underlying stressors affecting the body and help restore function from the inside out.

Healthy Kids Day was such a blast! ☀️🍓

We loved meeting so many local families, handing out organic freeze pops, and chatting with moms and dads about ways to help their kids thrive. A huge thank you to the YMCA for hosting such a fun event for our community!

And congratulations to our giveaway winner! 🎉 They went home with a bag of our new Strawberry Protein Powder and a few of our favorite TWW kids’ herbal supplements.

One of our favorite parts of these events is getting to know the amazing families here in Casper. As a dad and a provider certified in pediatric and perinatal care, Dr. Isaac is passionate about helping families find answers and build a strong foundation for lifelong health.

Did you know that PCOS is now being referred to as PMOS?

Why the change? Because many women with the symptoms traditionally associated with PCOS don’t actually have ovarian cysts. Researchers and healthcare professionals are recognizing that this condition is much more than an ovarian issue—it’s a complex metabolic and hormonal disorder. That’s why the term PMOS (PolyMetabolic Ovarian Syndrome) is gaining attention.

In our first video, we shared the story of a 38-year-old female patient struggling with PCOS symptoms despite weighing only 100 pounds. Her case is a powerful reminder that metabolic dysfunction doesn’t always look the way people expect.

In Part 2, you’ll see the results of her stool test and learn why Dr. Isaac believes her gut health may be a major missing piece of the puzzle. The findings helped uncover potential contributors to the symptoms she’d been battling for years.

While Dr. Isaac was able to see this patient in person for her initial exam, we know not everyone can travel to our office. That’s why we work with patients all over the country through phone consultations.

This past weekend we attended the Leadership & Longevity Conference in Orlando, Florida, where we had the honor of learning from one of America’s leading voices in the MAHA movement, . We left feeling more empowered and equipped to continue educating our community about the growing decline in children’s health across America and the rising rates of autism.

This morning at Casper College, Dr. Isaac had the opportunity to speak to over 100 mental health professionals—both in person and online—sharing a fresh perspective on health through The Wellness Way approach.

Using the “fireman vs. carpenter” principle, he broke down the difference between reacting to symptoms and addressing the root cause. For many in the room, this was the first time they’d heard health explained this way—where the focus shifts from guessing and managing symptoms to supporting the body with consistency so it can truly heal.

We’re grateful for the conversations started today and look forward to collaborating with professionals across our community who are passionate about creating real, lasting change in both mental and physical health.
