A big thank you to everyone helping clean up old, dead trees around Wyoming campgrounds. Instead of letting them become a hazard, people are turning them into free firewood for campers and families who can use it.
Keeping campsites clean, reducing fuel for wildfires, and putting good firewood to use is a great way to care for our public lands. If you collect wood, be sure to follow local rules and only gather from areas where it's allowed.
