📣🥬 PSA from your friendly, neighborhood Naturopathic Doctor 🙂😉:

We have many local produce farmers that have found themselves in a predicament this week with an over abundance of food that they haven't been able to sell. Many farmer's markets closed due to the poor air quality from the Canadian fires. Many of these local farmers attend 4-6 markets a week for their livelihood. 😟
Let's support our community and help them by going to THEM this week, instead.

Food is either our first medicine or our first poison.
We are SO blessed to live here in MI with all of our wonderful farmer's & markets 🤗💚 And summer time is the PERFECT time to stock up!
