Milk medicine is more than nourishment—it is connection, tradition, culture, and a gift passed from one generation to the next. It represents the teachings, stories, and strength carried by our ancestors and the love we continue to pour into our children today.

During Indigenous Milk Medicine Week, we recognize and support Indigenous families on their feeding journeys, while honoring all the ways our families nurture and care for our little ones.
