This Memorial Day, we invite you to honor the extraordinary sacrifice of U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy with a powerful workout that pushes your limits!
What is the "Murph"?
Originally named "Body Armor," this hero workout consists of:
πββοΈ 1-mile run
πͺ 100 pull-ups
πͺ 200 push-ups
ποΈββοΈ 300 air squats
πββοΈ 1-mile run
π₯ Participants are encouraged to wear a 20-lb weighted vest or body armor!
Lieutenant Murphy displayed unparalleled bravery during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan, sacrificing his life for his teammates and country. This workout is our way of honoring him and all the heroes who have given their lives for our freedom.
