Sometimes, we need to listen to our bodies and recognize when we've asked too much of ourselves. Rest isn't something we have to earn after everything else is done, it's an essential part of living well, and making room for all that life asks of us.

How adorable are these mini brooms we had as tea party favors for our Fall Enchanted Tea Party?!!? Each one is hand made from Lake Superior driftwood by my dear friend Cami Carlberg who owns Gitche Gumme Brooms . Check out her page for hand crafted brooms of every size and functionality!

Something wicked or curious?

What a magical group. Our first sold out fall tea party! We are fun, we are fabulous, and we are full of tea and scones.

Some days, the demands just keep coming, and some seasons ask more of me than others. Even so, I can find flow by moving with intention, adjusting for the unexpected, and staying grounded in what matters most along the way.

🖤 Some afternoons are better left to the imagination. Others require a proper wardrobe. 🎩

Picture this: a cozy greenhouse dressed in autumnal enchantment, a table laden with peculiar treats, steaming teacups, spirited conversation, and laughter that carries just a little longer than good manners might ordinarily allow.

Now, add a rather important detail: the attire.

Velvet and lace, dramatic hats, vintage finery, dark florals, curious accessories, and a touch of Addams Family elegance are all most welcome. Perhaps you'll channel the Mad Hatter, embrace your inner gothic aristocrat, or arrive as the most delightfully peculiar version of yourself.

At our Fall Enchanted Tea Party, eccentricity is celebrated, whimsy is encouraged, and grown-ups are given permission to play.

Join us Saturday, October 24, for an afternoon of autumnal indulgence, curious diversions, and a little magic beneath the greenhouse canopy.

🫖 Adults only — 21+
🖤 When: Saturday, October 24, 2026 – 2:00pm to 5pm
Where: The Greenhouse at Turkey Road Farm
Tickets: https://www.massage-alchemy.com/event-details/fall-enchanted-tea-party

Attendance is one thing — arriving in suitably peculiar style is quite another. 🕯️✨

🖤 Something wickedly delicious this way comes…

One does not simply attend an Enchanted Fall Tea Party. One comes prepared to indulge.

This year's menu is taking a turn toward the deliciously peculiar, with Tombstone Tea Sandwiches, Midnight Berry Scones, and Dark Velvet Possets among the temptations awaiting our guests.

Add a little autumn magic, a generous helping of decadent treats, and the pleasure of lingering over a proper cup of tea, (or one of our other linger-worthy libations), and one begins to understand why ordinary afternoon plans simply won't do.

Do come with an appreciation for the unusual and a willingness to spoil yourself a little.

When: Saturday, October 24, 2026 – 2:00pm to 5pm
Where: The Greenhouse at Turkey Road Farm

🫖 Decadence, delight, and a dash of mischief required.

Recognizing what isn't working is the first step; choosing to change it is the next.

By treating my own needs as a priority, I can begin by noticing what supports my energy, discerning what drains it, and making one intentional choice at a time.
