Class instructors are responsible for working with assistants to teach/ instruct class participants in how to assemble meals during in-person classes. Instructors will also participate in fully assembling meals for customers. Position requires employees to speak and communicate with groups of customers 12-16 people at a time, follow allergy modifications and read an ingredient label, intermediate cooking knowledge, launder aprons and towels, Stand for 4-6 hours per shift, bend, lift and move 55-65lb containers, wash, sort and inventory meal ingredients, communicate location needs to lead dietitian, prep and clean up after classes or assemble meal dates. Instructors should be able to follow recipes with 100% accuracy. Hours are variable pending upon location. Food handler permit required.
