I had a good friend come to visit me here in our sweet little town of for Lions Gate 8/8 and the visit along with getting to be able to REALLY share the intention and meaning behind my art work was invigorating.

I’m an artist! Sometimes it’s hard for me to say that out loud because I didn’t go to a fancy school or university. I’m an artist! My life is my canvas and so is everything I put myself into. So here’s a little of my artwork, BIG and small.

I love to weave intentional meaning with symbols and other means within my work. I do this as a form of expression and also manifestation. If you would like something created for you, THAT is what I love to do. Give me a jingle I bet we can make some real magic together!

Just a little re-introduction of myself and to let you all know I’m here ready to help. If you didn’t already know it, we are in an Energy War right now.

This is our time to be fully doing our J.O.B, standing in our Joy of Being. That is our job right now. Find your joy and be your joy.

Do NOT get distracted, that is also our job right now.

There is going to be more & more noise especially in the online media space.
To focus your energies on yes,
learning about the world AND
equally balance this with what you want to see more of.

Create the vision of the wirld you want to see.

To balance this with what you consume media-wise, who you hang out with & also your daily actions.

I invite you to NOT consume media on your phone, only on your laptop or home computer.

This will limit the ways your brain & nervous system get hijacked by these deceptions.

I invite you to not look at your phone last thing at night & first thing in the morning.

First & last hours are for NATURAL LIGHT ONLY - the sun, moon, stars or candle. This will help keep your natural rhythm set.

I invite you to have at least 15 minutes in the morning of meditation/prayer practice where you are focuing on your intention for the day, breathe in the body, this present moment. This invitation is to help you balance your energies, keep us out of distraction & also make sure you don't turn into a tool of the energies of destruction, of deception, manipulation & greed for self.

We are in an ENERGY WAR -
a spiritual & nervous system battle.

What you pay attention too, (with or without intention) is what you will create more of.

How to stay informed & move toward the New Earth our hearts know is possible is the dance and lean into your relationships right now. We are here to support each other. It’s time to strengthen and build our curvke if connection.
