Comment LIGHT to add one to your collection!

Ok, this is the wellness tool I probably talk about too much, but I don’t care because I genuinely use it ALL the time 😆

Skin needs a little extra love?
Random ache or sore muscle?
A scrape that’s taking forever to heal?
Headache creeping in?
Period cramps?
Need a little afternoon boost or some extra workout recovery?

Lumebox is the answer. The kids even know. They’ll get a headache or stomachache and reach for the Lumebox.

It lives on my desk as a reminder to use it every day, and I do. At this point, I reach for it more than most of my skincare, which says a lot.
One device, way too many jobs. 👏

Their sale starts TODAY, so if you’ve been curious about trying one, this is the time! Comment LIGHT and I’ll send you the link. 💕
As always, this is just how I personally use it, not medical advice.

comment TEST below if you’re ready to stop guessing and get real data 💕

You’ve bought the $40 gut powder from that podcast ad. The magnesium three different influencers swore by. The adaptogen blend that promised to “balance your hormones.”
Be honest, is any of it actually working? Or is it just sitting in a drawer next to the last five things that were supposed to be the answer?

Here’s the thing nobody tells you: supplements can’t fix a problem they were never designed to solve. If your body isn’t sleeping, isn’t managing stress, isn’t detoxing properly, you can take all the magnesium in the world and still feel stuck.

My client spent $2,000 trying to piece it together herself before we worked together. 2k! And what actually moved the needle wasn’t one more bottle, it was finally testing instead of guessing, and building a plan around what her body needed.

Now she sleeps 7-8 hours a night for the first time in years. Her energy isn’t running on caffeine and willpower anymore. Her body finally isn’t working against her.

If you’ve got a drawer full of “maybe this will be the one,” comment TEST and I’ll send you the exact framework we use to figure out what your body actually needs instead of another guess.

if you haven’t a friend who needs to see this before they buy one more bottle, send it her way. She’ll thank ya later 🤍

20 ways to support your partner while she’s healing from autoimmune symptoms:

1. Make a decision so she doesn’t have to. Tell her where you’re ordering dinner from and handle it.
2. Cook her something delicious with lots of vibrant colors.
3. Order her favorite takeout meal and pick it up.
4. Make her a tasty mocktail in a fancy glass.
5. Run her a bath with magnesium flakes and light a candle.
6. Give her a massage that lasts longer than 15 seconds and has no ulterior motives. 😛
7. Surprise her by booking a massage or spa treatment.
8. Take something off her plate without asking her to manage you through it.
9. Let her rest without making her feel lazy or guilty.
10. Say, “I believe you,” especially when her symptoms aren’t visible.
11. Ask, “Do you want comfort, ideas, or help fixing it?” before jumping into problem-solving mode.
12. Learn which foods and environments make her feel worse, and don’t make her defend them every time.
13. Keep one of her safe meals, snacks, or drinks stocked.
14. Fill her water bottle and bring it to her.
15. Change the sheets and make the bed extra cozy.
16. Offer to take a slow walk with her instead of pushing her to do more.
17. Handle bedtime, dishes, errands, or carpool when she’s having a flare.
18. Go with her to an appointment and help her remember what she wanted to ask.
19. Remind her that healing isn’t linear when she’s frustrated by a hard day.
20. Tell her she’s beautiful, strong, and still herself, even when she doesn’t feel like it.
She doesn’t need you to become her doctor. She needs to feel believed, cared for, and safe enough to exhale. 💛 Thank you to all of the amazing partners supporting their ladies on this crazy healing journey.

A life where you wake up rested.

Your eyes, skin, and stomach aren’t throwing daily tantrums.

You can eat a meal without wondering how it’s going to betray you later.

Your joints don’t hurt. Your jeans fit. You have energy to work out, make plans, travel, and actually enjoy your life.

You’re not spending your free time Googling symptoms or ordering another supplement you hope will finally be “the one.”

This is the kind of peace I wanted when my autoimmune symptoms were at their worst. And it’s what I want for every woman who feels like her body is constantly choosing violence. 😆

If you’re ready to figure out what your body has been trying to tell you, comment START and I’ll send you the first place I start with clients. 💛
