Happy Friday! Meet Nora Nickoel, APCC! 💛

She’s just getting started with us and is already almost fully booked! Nora is currently seeing clients through telehealth and in our Indio office.

Ohhh what’s the special treat of the month?! 🍋☀️

For this month’s Staff Connect, we partnered with Six D’s Lemonade who hand delivered freshly made lemonade to our teams in Cathedral City and Indio.

Because what’s better than fresh lemonade in this heat?! Even better, it’s made by a local family and KIDS! 🥹🍋 Not only was it delicious, but we’re also sooo proud of what they’re doing for themselves and for our community.

Our monthly Staff Connect gives our therapists a chance to connect with one another as more than just therapists, but as humans. A space to be honest, check in with ourselves, laugh, connect and support one another. And of course, it helps that we get a special treat to look forward to every month!

Today I found out a friend is cancer free, and we are so happy for the news.

This post was inspired by those news and by a Tony Robbins video I watched many years ago that really stayed with me. It showed how, at this very moment, good things are happening all around us, even though the bad often gets more of our attention.

A little reminder to notice and wonder about the good….Happy Friday!

Angelica, Christa, Jessica, Miriam, Yarely, and Angel are officially EMDR trained! 🙌🏽💛 And can now offer EMDR in English, Spanish, and Spanglish! Felicidades!

EMDR training is no joke…It takes time, energy, a real commitment to keep learning and growing, and a level of vulnerability that you don’t experience in other other trainings.

A huge thank you to Riverside County Workforce Development for helping make specialized training more accessible to small businesses like ours and, ultimately, to the communities we serve.
