Believe it or not, bananas and potatoes are NOT the best potassium foods!

On the contrary, while these foods contain potassium, they also contain a significant amount of sugar.

Instead, fill your plate with avocados and leafy greens.

One avocado contains 700 mg of potassium, zero starch, and zero net carbs. Avocados are also a potent source of healthy fats and magnesium.

One cup of leafy greens, like Swiss chard and spinach, provides between 500 and 800 mg of potassium. If you consumed five to ten cups of vegetables daily, you would get plenty of potassium.

Canola oil is the most prominent seed oil used as engine lubricant, so what is it doing in your food?

Seed oils like canola oil are made with heat and pressure. They have been refined, bleached, deodorized, and lack any nutritional value whatsoever.

Through this manufacturing process, toxins develop, multiply, and change. And cooking and reheating with these toxic oils only creates more toxins.

But the good news about seed oils is that removing them from your diet is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health!

Boosters or Serums? Here’s What You Need to Know.

Boosters: Think of them as your skincare supplements. Lightweight and concentrated, boosters can be added to other products or used alone to target specific concerns like brightness, skin clarity, or firmness. Perfect for giving your routine that extra kick.

Serums: These are the heavy hitters of skin care. With a thicker, more gel-like consistency, serums are full of high concentrations of active ingredients. They address multiple issues at once, like appearance of fine lines, hydration, and overall texture. Apply them directly to clean skin before moisturizing for the best results.
