The wait is almost over!

We're excited to announce that we are in the final stages of opening our onsite pharmacy in the Cedar City clinic, which adds even more convenience to our one-stop services. In addition to medical, dental, and behavioral, you'll now be able to walk out of an appointment into the pharmacy for your prescription!

We're so pleased to celebrate Betty Cowley's five-year anniversary with FourPoints Health!

Betty is one of our receptionists at the Richfield clinic, and she says her favorite part of working at FourPoints is helping the patients. She also really likes her coworkers (the feeling is mutual!)

Betty enjoys traveling and exploring new places, but she has always called Utah "home" and has lived in a number of different parts of central and southern Utah. Betty has four children and two grandchildren. She lives on 30 acres and has "a small herd of sheep and two Belted Galloways with one calf, along with chickens, cats, and dogs."

With all the family and farm animals, Betty has plenty to keep her busy, and she says she enjoys sharing laughter and fun (and is an avid Broadway musical fan). However, she also appreciates the time when she is able to spend quiet moments by herself, piecing quilts or watching cloud formations, sunsets, sunrises, and birds.

Betty is often the first person you see when you go into our Richfield clinic, and we consider ourselves fortunate for that fact. Thanks for everything you do for our patients, Betty!

PHONE SYSTEM UPDATE

After normal business hours on Thursday, Sept. 10, FourPoints will be going through a phone software change. As a result, you may not be able to reach the on-call provider Thursday evening. If there is an emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency center.

We anticipate the phones to be operational Friday morning; however, if you are still receiving routing issues at that point, we will be working urgently to resolve the issue. If it is an emergency, you can visit the emergency room or an urgent care facility.
