The hands behind your relaxation! Our talented massage therapists and estheticians are here to help you feel your absolute best, from head to toe (literally).

Melanie is a Carlson College graduate who specializes in lymphatic drainage massage, craniosacral, cupping and more. Melanie loves helping others feel their best. Melanie loves a night in with her family and pets!

Payten is a Capri College graduate who specializes in Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage massage, prenatal massage and more. She's sure to leaving you feeling relaxed! Outside of work you can find Payten with her dogs, or at a fun concert or event.

Emily is a Carlson College graduate who specializes in lymphatic drainage massage, scar tissue release, deep tissue massage and more. She is also currently a student of Ortho-Bionomy®. Emily is so caring, attentive, and solution focused! Emily loves art, the outdoors, and cheering on her 3 daughters.

Sydney is a Capri Collee graduate who specializes in assisted stretching, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and more. Her background in teaching yoga helps her understand the body even more! She enjoys working out and spending time outdoors.

Kelsey is a La James graduate who specializes in all things skincare! She loves brow and lash services, too. She provides a relaxing environment while focusing on great service and results! Kelsey loves to travel, and spend time with family and friends.

Rachel is a La James graduate who offers body waxing, facials, brow tint & more at Transcend! She has been in the business for over 8 years and has continued to learn alongside the best during that time. She is also a licensed cosmetologist, and has her own custom and permanent jewelry business! She does a little bit of everything, and we love that!

Did you know that our infrared sauna is big enough for two people? Bring a friend with you to enjoy the benefits together! 👬

Bringing a friend will not change the price, you will just pay for one sauna session! We recommend wearing loose, comfy clothes and bringing a water bottle. Sweat towels and water cups are provided. You will be in the room alone, so you can undress to your comfort level! Got plans after? We have a shower available for just $5!

Some benefits of the infrared sauna include:

♨️Relaxation and stress reduction: The heat can promote relaxation and may temporarily reduce feelings of stress or tension.

💪🏾Muscle relaxation and soreness: Heat increases blood flow and can help loosen tight muscles, which may make it useful after exercise or for general muscle discomfort.

♥Cardiovascular effects: Sauna heat temporarily raises heart rate and causes blood vessels to dilate, producing effects somewhat similar to mild cardiovascular exercise.

◼Temporary pain relief: Heat therapy can reduce stiffness and discomfort for some people with chronic musculoskeletal pain.
