Same person.
Different level of intention.

I didn’t “age backwards.”
I just stopped leaving it up to chance. And I stepped up my consistency and actual taking care of myself.

Over the years:
– Tox
– Filler (strategically, not excessively)
– Sculptra + Radiesse
– Energy devices (Opus, Morpheus, Sofwave, IPL)
– Lip lift
– PDGF + consistent skincare

And just as important:
– Strength training
– Walking daily
– Yoga
– Microdosing GLP-1
– And recently… no alcohol

None of this is magic on its own.
But stacked together over time?
