We love that our patient portal makes it easy to stay connected—but the portal isn’t another exam room. 💙

During the day, our providers are focused on the patients sitting right in front of them. Portal messages are reviewed only as our patient loads allow, so please allow 24–48 hours for a response.

A good rule of thumb: If your question needs an answer sooner than that—or requires your provider to evaluate symptoms or make a treatment decision—it probably deserves an appointment.

That gives your provider the time and information needed to give your family the thoughtful, thorough care you deserve. 🩷
