Everything is Energy, You Are Energy!
It can be easy in times like this to feel powerless. We’ve all experienced traumatic personal experiences, family struggles, natural disasters, country-wide emergencies, and now, this worldwide health crisis. It can all feel so overwhelming!

And what I know, from my own healing, quantum science studies, and energy healer work, is that we are always at choice. And in these times of what appears to be isolation, where the world is stuck in an ever-spinning news cycle of dire predictions, we are at choice. We cannot control the external world, the ‘stay-at ’home orders, the economic shut-down, the instant yet ever-changing data that our news networks are focused on. We can control what we listen to, and how we choose to act, instead of react.

There are many things posted on the Internet these days about healing through this time at home. And there are more free videos and classes than there are hours in the day. We are a society of ‘do-ers’. When told to stay in, we look for things to do to keep us busy. My mentors have commented, and I believe this to be true: This time is a gift to discover the peace and joy in simply being. I know in my past I chose busy-ness over being to push back painful memories, or thoughts and feelings that I just didn’t want to deal with at that moment. And for a short time, that’s ok. However, when a gift like this appears, the invitation perhaps is to choose to step into those uncomfortable thoughts. Those thoughts that don’t ever seem to want to go away. Those experiences that follow you from job to job or personalities in relationships that reappear from partner to partner. I invite you to envision a different life, a new choice, a change in the direction of your life. In these times of ‘social distancing’ we can choose to try to swim upstream, getting rolled around by the current, or we can choose to go with the flow.
