Tiny Champion Athletics, LLC Individualized personal training and meal plans to reach your goals! In 2012 I was 4'9" and 167lbs and morbidly obese. Five years later I am now 4'9" and 109lbs.

I knew I had to lose weight and get in shape to keep up with my 4 kids. I have now completed 5 half marathons, 3 full marathons, and am now currently training for my first NPC figure competition. I now want to help others who have similar goals that I had. With certified personal training, balanced nutrition, and motivation along the way, I have now made that my mission.
