I can remember realizing as a child that my daily choices would determine my health as an adult and how long I would be able to be active. My children know, mommy only stays healthy and happy if she stays active. The possibilities I have explored with massage have allowed me to truly do a"job" I LOVE everyday and continue to live an active lifestyle. I am able to be with my children, and with my c

lients, both in the ways they need. I have strived for and learned to find balance in my life. It is rewarding to help my clients to further balance their lives as well through massage and my additional degree in Health and Wellness.
