For generations, many men were taught to carry stress silently, push through challenges alone, and place their own health on the back burner. Thankfully, that conversation is changing. More men are exploring wellness practices that support both body and mind, including movement, nutrition, restorative sleep, mindfulness, and integrative approaches to self-care.
As cannabis nurses, we believe that wellness is about supporting the whole person. One area receiving growing attention is the endocannabinoid system (ECS), a vital regulatory network that helps the body maintain balance and supports functions related to mood, sleep, stress response, and overall well-being.
