Perimenopause and menopause don’t have to mean simply “putting up with it.” 🌿

Hot flashes, night sweats, disrupted sleep, mood changes, and other symptoms can affect how you feel day to day. If you’re looking for options beyond traditional hormone therapy, acupuncture may be worth learning about.

Research has explored acupuncture for menopause-related symptoms, and it may be used as a complementary approach alongside your existing care.

At KR Acupuncture, treatments are personalized to your needs, with a focus on creating a supportive space where you can better understand your symptoms and explore your options.

One of the questions I hear most often is, "Why acupuncture?"

In this video, I'm sharing a little about why I chose this path and why I believe acupuncture can be such a meaningful part of healing. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, stress, hormone changes, fertility, or simply don't feel like yourself, my goal is to help you feel heard and supported.

Every person's healing journey is different, and I'm honored to be part of it.
