Happy CNA Week to our amazing team 🩵

It’s hard to put into words how proud we are of each and every one of you.

🩵The long shifts, the aching feet, the emotional days, the impossible balancing act, and the countless things you do that no one ever sees.

🩵You each show up every day ready to care for others, often putting the needs of our residents before your own. You give baths, answer call lights, dry tears, share laughs, hold hands, and provide comfort in moments that matter most. You treat our residents with dignity, compassion, and respect, even on the hardest days.

🩵What makes this team special isn’t just your work ethic….it’s your hearts. The love you have for our residents is genuine. The way you advocate for them, celebrate them, and care for them never goes unnoticed.

🩵There are not enough thank yous in the world for what you do, but we hope you know how appreciated you are. We are honored to work beside you, grateful to lead you, and incredibly proud to call you our team.

Thank you for everything you do for us, our residents, their families, and each other.

Happy CNA Week. You are the heart of our building, and we love you all. 🩵🩺

Sunshine, good food, and a little river adventure in Moab ☀️🛶🌄

Mindy, Shawn and two residents joined our fellow Mission sister buildings for an unforgettable resident trip filled with floating the river, yummy food, laughter, and so many special memories along the way. 💛

We love seeing our residents getting out, making connections, and truly enjoying life and adventure together. A huge thank you to Mindy and Shawn for going above and beyond and helping make this trip so meaningful for our these two! ✨

Moments like these remind us that long-term care is about so much more than meeting needs — it’s about living life, laughing together, and creating joy wherever we can. 🩵

Meet Our Therapy Team!

🩵Jace has 9 years of experience in Occupational Therapy. When he is not helping residents regain strength, independence, and confidence, you can usually find him avoiding household chores and out enjoying the outdoors snowmobiling, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, riding SxSs, wheelers and bikes, or camping somewhere far away from laundry piles. Jace’s why: “ I do Occupational Therapy because of how versatile it is and the opportunity it gives me to work on so many different skills that improve their quality of life, getting people back to doing what they love.”

🩵Kim is our awesome Physical Therapist! When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling with her family, getting outdoors to hike and explore, diving into a good book and spending time in the kitchen cooking or baking.
Kim’s why: “ I chose a career in geriatric physical therapy because I generally enjoy working with older adults. I believe they are one of the wisest generations and value the opportunity to learn from their experiences. Building strong, positive relationships with my patients is important to me and I strive to create an environment where they feel supported and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.”

🩵Belle is our wonderful Speech Therapist! Bell has been a speech therapist for almost two years! Outside of work, she loves fishing, spending time with my family, going on mountain rides, being outside, and watching the sunset. Belle’s why: “Helping people improve their communication and swallowing so they can continue enjoying the moments that make life meaningful. I love building relationships with patients and families and helping them regain confidence and quality of life along the way.”

Thank you for helping our residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives. We appreciate each and every one of you! 🩵

🩵Department Head: Rachelle
🩵CNA Mentor: Mindy
🩵 SNF CNA Team: Kirsten, Hadlee, Josie, Kendyl, Garrett, Kaylee, Amanda, Shanae, Joey, Kaytlin, Melanie, Aubren, Jara, Ella, Kelsie, Rachelle, Paisley, Addison, Sitaly, Amie, Ana, Mariya, Jaykob
🩵ALF CNA Team: Kennedie, Olivia, Allison, Dax, Sandra, Brooklynn

From being a CNA for 9 years to earning her BSN RN and stepping into leadership, she truly understands every level of care and what it takes to support both residents and staff. With experience in respiratory nursing, the Emergency Department, Skilled Nursing, and home health, she brings knowledge, compassion, and heart into everything she does. Starting here as a floor nurse and quickly being recognized for her leadership qualities, she stepped into the ADON role almost 2 years ago and has continued to pour everything she has into this team ever since. As our MDS Coordinator, she works closely with every department to assess residents as a whole person… looking at their medical needs, physical abilities, cognitive status, emotional well-being, nutrition, skin concerns, therapy progress, and overall quality of life. Every assessment helps tell the resident’s story and ensures their care is accurately reflected. She helps coordinate care plans, monitors quality measures, supports regulatory compliance, assists with reimbursement accuracy, and works to make sure residents are receiving the appropriate level of care and services. Her role requires critical thinking, clinical knowledge, teamwork, organization, and constant communication with each department. Rachelle is the life of the party. She’ll be your biggest cheerleader and make sure you never go without your caffeine. She works hard to support our CNA staff while encouraging growth, confidence, and leadership development. Rachelle gives her all in every aspect of life. She works hard, plays hard, and loves her staff and residents even harder. Her passion, energy, and dedication make a lasting impact on everyone around her, and we are so grateful for the example she sets each and every day.

Our CNAs are the heart of our building. They are the hands that hold, the smiles our residents look for, the comfort during hard days, and the familiar faces that make this place feel like home. They work tirelessly every single day helping with daily care, answering call lights, offering encouragement, listening to stories, providing comfort, and advocating for residents when they need it most. The work is physically hard, emotionally demanding, and often goes unseen, but it is some of the most important work there is.

We appreciate everything you all do! 🩵
