Update on the fields!!

🫐 Unfortunately right after the first u-pick we had pest damage from Japanese beetles and the birds 🫠 berries were disappearing overnight. We most likely will not have enough to do another u pick for blueberries this season 😭

Good news is the cherry tomatoes are growing like crazy and are just starting to get ripe! We are planning on doing a u-pick for them soon. There are multiple varieties of cherry, roma tomatoes, jalapeño, poblano, surprise purple peppers, cayenne, bell and banana peppers.

We also planted a hedge of sunflowers and buckwheat that are about 3' tall right now! This acts as a shield for pesticide drift, plus it adds nutrients to the soil and flowers for bees!

It’s looking like we are still several days away from being ripe on blueberries, we will keep an eye on things and post when we have slots available. 🫐

🫐 U-Pick Info 🫐

- This is our first year so we do not know how much the plants will produce, last weekend we got 14 pints.

- We have blueberries, raspberries, cherry tomatoes, sunflowers, apples and peppers this year.

- Not everything is ready at the same time so if you want something specific, make sure to ask if its ready or not before coming out.

- We are by appointment only, we will check Fridays to see what is ready to pick and post a signup to the page for the weekend.

- We have almost 500 blueberry plants with 4 different varieties, ripening early to mid summer.

- We are limiting the amount you can pick so more people have the opportunity to come out to pick at least once.

- Cost $5 admission/picker, children are free, blueberries $5/pint, limit 2 pints.

- If you dont want to pick but want to come out for photos or just to feed the goats admission is $5/adult.

Limit: Due to limited availability, each party is limited to 2 pints.
1 quart buckets are supplied for picking, as well as pint boxes for take home.
