10am NON - Heated with Me!!!

5:30- intro to vinyassa! Get back to the basics!! And enjoy well rounded class with amazing music!!

7pm - sculpt with Jackie!!! FUN playlist and class she has planned!!! It’s going to be a great high energy class!

So I will be teaching a non- heated class tomorrow at 10-11 am.
