She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University, with professional interests in preventive care, client education, and managing chronic conditions with a focus on comfort.

Outside of Evergreen, Dr. Burris enjoys traveling, hiking, audiobooks, and volunteering, including two trips with Mission Rabies. She also has one cat, Cleo! 🌲
