Please join us in welcoming Gayle Perkins to our EHA community– Foot Zoner, Rapid Eye Technician & Instructor!
Gayle Perkins is a certified Foot Zoner through the Nordbloom American Institute (2003), a
certified Rapid Eye Technician, and an Instructor with the Academy of Foot Zoning. She is
passionate about helping others discover the body’s natural ability to heal and find greater balance
in their lives.
For many years, Gayle has worked with clients seeking a more holistic approach to wellness. Her
work combines foot zoning, emotional release, guided meditation, and Rapid Eye Therapy to
support healing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. She believes that true
healing occurs when the body and mind are addressed together, allowing individuals to move
forward with greater peace, clarity, and confidence.
One of Gayle’s greatest joys is teaching. As an instructor with the Academy of Foot Zoning, she
loves sharing her knowledge and experience with students while helping preserve and pass on the
art of foot zoning to future practitioners.
Gayle’s own journey into natural healing began with a desire to find healthier, more natural
solutions for herself and her family. Over the years, that journey has grown into a lifelong passion
for learning and helping others improve their quality of life through natural healing methods.
Outside of her practice, Gayle enjoys spending time outdoors, especially swimming in the ocean,
mountain biking, and connecting with nature. She brings that same love of balance, wellness, and
personal growth into her work with every client and student she serves.

I love helping people discover greater balance, healing, and wellness in their lives.
As a Foot Zoner, Rapid Eye Technician, and Instructor with the Academy of Foot Zoning, I
combine physical and emotional healing to help clients move forward with greater peace, clarity,
and confidence.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors—swimming in the ocean, mountain biking,
or enjoying nature with my husband.
