1. My CrossFit experience began with free passes a year ago and I was hooked immediately. CrossFit is an amazing program! I CrossFit to get stronger and maintain good health. 2. I love the Epoch family! The friendship, love, and respect that everyone feels for one another at Epoch is a rare thing. Truly a family feeling - but without the fights! 3. My goal is to continue improving on all aspects of CrossFit. First muscle-up and 15 unbroken TTB within the next six months would be great. Thanks Nina - you’re the best! 😊❤️

Thank you to everyone that came to celebrate the big 5 years. This was my first big business milestone. You guys are what makes this community special. Our coach's hold us together and keep us in line. What a great place this is :)
