Most men treat ED as an embarrassing inconvenience. It’s actually a clinical warning sign worth taking seriously.

Here’s the biology. The arteries supplying the p***s are significantly smaller than the coronary arteries that supply the heart. When vascular disease begins, plaque buildup, reduced blood flow, arterial stiffening, the smaller vessels show it first. Which means ED often appears 3 to 5 years before the first coronary symptoms.

Not always. But often enough that we treat it as a flag, not just a frustration.

One month in. And this is what collagen remodeling actually looks like.

The surface healed weeks ago. The bronzing settled. The peeling stopped. And what’s been happening quietly underneath since treatment day, new collagen production, structural skin rebuilding, fibers maturing and organizing, is now visible on the outside.

Texture is smoother. Firmness is different. The overall quality of my skin has genuinely changed in a way that skincare alone was never going to produce.

And I’m not at peak results yet.

Collagen remodeling takes 3 to 6 months to fully mature. What I’m seeing at month one is early. Month three is when the collagen fully crosslinks and results are at their most visible. I’m still building.
