Q: "What actually happens at my first appointment?"

A: A real conversation about your history and goals, comprehensive lab work, and a personalized plan built around your results, not a rushed visit or a generic protocol.

No guesswork, no pressure. Just a clear starting point.

This is exactly how we believe healthcare should work.

Kyle came to us with a goal. What we found when we ran his baseline labs told a more complete story — weight concerns he was aware of, and health markers he wasn't. That's the whole point of starting with a comprehensive evaluation. You can't build the right plan without the full picture.

He recently shared this:

"By creating a baseline, they were able to help me start achieving my goal, as well as show me health concerns I wasn't aware of. They are very good listeners and have helped me develop a comprehensive plan to lose weight, eat right, target out of whack levels, and create a healthier lifestyle plan. The first 6 weeks were all about taking it slow to ensure a measured and successful path. I feel much better already."

Six weeks in. Already feeling better. And the foundation is set for what comes next.

This is what it looks like when medicine takes the time it should — a real baseline, a real conversation, and a plan built around your actual biology. Not a generic protocol. Not a rushed appointment.

Thank you, Kyle. We're just getting started.

One of our lovely patient reviews! Come see us at Evolution Health

This is why we do what we do.

A patient came to us before her 65th birthday; overweight, on blood pressure medication, not feeling well, and frustrated after trying to figure it out on her own.

She recently shared this:

"From the minute I walked in for my first appointment I was impressed by the friendly and professional atmosphere. Deb tailored a program that focused on my needs and goals. She has been amazing and coached me through my successful journey. I have nearly reached my goal, I'm active again and I no longer need blood pressure medication."

No longer needs blood pressure medication.

Active again.

Nearly at her goal.

This is what happens when weight loss is treated as a medical issue, not a willpower issue. When the plan is built around your biology, your history, and your actual goals. Not a generic protocol.

If you've been frustrated, dismissed, or told to just eat less and move more, there's a better conversation waiting for you.

Q: "How is Neogen PSR different from a chemical peel?"

A: A chemical peel works on the surface layer of skin using acids to exfoliate. Neogen PSR uses nitrogen plasma technology to trigger deeper collagen remodeling — a different mechanism, working beneath the surface, not just on it.

An estimated 15–40% of men over 45 have clinically low testosterone. Most have never been tested.

Why? Because the symptoms — fatigue, weight gain, low drive, brain fog, mood changes — are easy to attribute to stress, age, or lifestyle. And standard annual physicals rarely include a full hormone panel.

What it takes to properly diagnose low T:
✦ Free testosterone (not just total — the fraction your body can actually use)
✦ SHBG (s*x hormone binding globulin — affects free T levels)
✦ LH and FSH (to identify the source of the deficit)
✦ Metabolic context — insulin, thyroid, and inflammatory markers

At Evolution Health, we run the complete picture before any diagnosis or prescription.

Ozempic face Part 3; when nutrition alone isn't enough.

You've got the protein. You've got the nutrients. But after significant weight loss, loose skin and crepey texture don't always respond to nutrition alone.

That's when we need to actively stimulate the rebuild, not just feed it.

Neogen uses nitrogen plasma to deliver controlled thermal energy into the skin. That triggers a healing response. New collagen production. Structural skin remodeling from the inside out.

We're not filling a hollow area. We're improving the quality of the skin itself.

Because the goal after weight loss isn't just a smaller body.

It's looking healthy when you get there.

Most people think GLP-1 face is just a fat loss problem.

It's also a nutrition problem — and almost nobody talks about that part.

Here's what's actually happening: your skin is trying to remodel and rebuild during weight loss. The demolition crew (those MMP enzymes from Part 1) is doing its job. But rebuilding requires raw materials — and when you're eating significantly less, your body may not be getting enough of them.

The three your skin needs most:

Protein. Amino acids are the building blocks of new tissue. Without enough, your body can't rebuild collagen — and it will sacrifice muscle before it sacrifices survival. Protein intake during GLP-1 therapy isn't optional.

Vitamin C. Directly required for collagen synthesis. Not a bonus nutrient. A requirement.

Zinc and copper. Both essential for skin repair and remodeling. Both easy to miss when total food volume drops.

On collagen supplements — they can support the process. Some evidence shows improvements in skin hydration and elasticity. But no supplement replaces adequate total protein and nutrient intake. They're a tool, not a substitute.

The question most GLP-1 patients are asking: how much weight did I lose?

The question that also matters: am I giving my body what it needs to rebuild?

Losing the weight is half the job. Supporting the rebuild is the other half.

Part 3 coming soon.
