I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here. ❤️ Life has been a little busy, and I’ve been soaking up this new season.
I officially have two weeks under my belt at New Horizon School as the PE teacher, and I can honestly say I’m loving it. 🥹 Getting to pour into kids, move my body, and encourage them to take care of themselves has been such a blessing.
But it also got me thinking about something I see ALL the time…
Why are we so hesitant to work out? Why are we so nervous to meet with a nutritionist?
Sometimes it’s because we’re scared of being judged.
Scared we won’t know what we’re doing.
Scared we’ll be the “out of shape” person in the room.
Scared someone is going to tell us everything we’re doing wrong.
Or maybe we’ve tried before, failed, and don’t want to feel like we’re starting over AGAIN.
I get it.
But what if your first step didn’t have to be scary?
What if you had someone meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you figure out what actually works for YOUR body, your schedule, your goals and your life?
That’s exactly why I created Wellness Weigh. 🤍
It’s not about starving yourself.
It’s not about spending hours in the gym.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about learning how to fuel your body, getting stronger, building healthy habits, and having someone in your corner to help you along the way.
So if you’ve been thinking, “I really need to get back on track, but I don’t even know where to start…”
Maybe this is your sign. 🫶🏼
You don’t have to be “fit enough” to start.
You just have to be willing to take the first step.
If you’ve been curious about Wellness Weigh, send me a message. I’d love to talk with you — no pressure, no judgment, just a conversation. ❤️
