Here we go fellas!!!

Thursday 12pm Bloom Yoga in Salem

As men we often overlook the importance of joint health, stretching tendons, and improving or maintaining functionality.

At least not until we damage something...

This is an opportunity to do the work that will ultimately improve the quality of being.

Yoga isn't always about vibes and serenity...
