Why is this an argument I still have to have?? Systemic estrogen does NOT replace the benefits of vaginal products. Vaginal estrogen reduces UTIs by 50%, systemic does not. Vaginal products are life-saving. Look at it as the rescue med in midlife that becomes the diaper cream in our 80s.

Today’s just full of announcements! I’m thrilled to share that Danielle “Danni” Ibarra has officially joined our provider team!

She’s a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse-Midwife, and a Menopause Society Certified Provider with advanced, specialized training under Dr. Heather Hirsch at the Academy of Advanced Women’s Health Medicine. She gets it. The individualized approach, evidence-based care, refusal to dismiss women and their concerns - exactly the standard this practice is built on!

Oh, and she’s a veteran! Danni served on active duty as a nurse in the United States Army. So yes, the team remains made up of people who know what it means to show up.
