I joined West Chester Rotary group for lunch last Thursday - what a fun group! And very attentive and curious - there were lots of questions about why I got into Aromatherapy and Mindfulness and of course how it all works! Can't wait for the next one (September 11th!)

I'm delighted to share some exciting news!

I've recently been invited by Amazon to transform my books into audiobooks, making them accessible in a whole new way. Over the coming months, I'll be bringing many of my titles to life through audio, allowing readers to enjoy them while traveling, exercising, relaxing, or simply taking a break from their busy day.

I'd love to hear from you: Which of my books would you most like to listen to as an audiobook?

Thank you for your continued support and encouragement. This new chapter is possible because of readers like you, and I'm looking forward to sharing the journey with you.

Stay tuned for updates, previews, and release announcements!
