Pause for a second and check in with yourself. 💗

So many moms move through the day on autopilot, pushing through exhaustion, stress, overwhelm, and anxiety without ever stopping to ask what they actually need.

Your nervous system matters too. 🌿

Try asking yourself:
✨ What am I feeling right now?
✨ What does my body need?
✨ What would support me in this moment?
✨ What can I let go of today?

Small moments of awareness can create big shifts over time. You don’t have to ignore your needs to take care of everyone else. 💙

Last night, we brought women together for an evening of education, healing, movement, and connection.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga with Rachel to help us slow down, breathe, and reconnect with our bodies.

🌿 Nervous system education and regulation tools with Becca to better understand how chronic stress and trauma can impact our health.

💛 Hormone education with Kristina, exploring the connection between stress, the nervous system, and hormone balance during perimenopause and beyond.

The most powerful part of the evening wasn’t just the information—it was the community.

Women supporting women.
Sharing stories.
Feeling seen.
Learning they aren’t alone.

Everyone left with practical tools to support their nervous system, a deeper understanding of their hormones, and a renewed sense of empowerment in their health journey.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event so special. We are incredibly grateful for this community and can’t wait for the next one.

Sometimes we think we’re “just stressed,” when in reality our nervous system has been in survival mode for far too long.

Nervous system overload can show up emotionally, physically, cognitively, and behaviorally, often in ways we don’t immediately recognize.

If you’ve been feeling:
• Irritable or emotionally numb
• Constantly on edge
• Exhausted but unable to rest
• Overstimulated by small things
• Mentally overwhelmed or disconnected

A lot of moms think support has to look a certain way.

That you have to be completely overwhelmed.
Or know exactly what you want to say.
Or have something “big enough” to talk about.

But most of the time, it starts a lot simpler than that.

It looks like having a space where you don’t have to hold everything together.

Where you can say:
“I’m tired.”
“I feel on edge all the time.”
“I don’t feel like myself lately.”

And instead of pushing through it, you actually get help sorting through it.

Support isn’t about being broken.

It’s about not having to carry everything alone anymore.

But if you feel like you’re constantly hitting that overwhelmed point, it’s usually not just about the moment.

It’s the pattern.

Day after day of being needed
Day after day of no real break
Day after day of carrying the mental load

Your nervous system doesn’t fully come down.

So it stays closer to the edge.

That’s why it keeps happening.

Long-term change isn’t about trying harder.

It’s about giving your body more consistent support so it’s not always in that overwhelmed state to begin with.

That’s where things like deeper regulation work and therapy can actually make a difference.
