More filler isn’t always the answer. And sometimes, the best treatment decision we can make is to do nothing at all.
There are times when you need to let swelling settle. Times when a different treatment makes more sense. Times when the area you’re focused on isn’t actually what’s creating the concern you’re seeing.
And yes, there are also times when I’m going to look at you and say, “You don’t need anything today.”
That’s not me turning you away. That’s me doing my job.
My goal has never been to see how much we can inject. It’s to know when to treat, when to wait, when to take a different approach, and when your face is already telling us we’ve done enough.
Because a good injector should be just as comfortable saying no as they are saying yes.
