Literally.
At work. At home. At a friendās house. At weddings. Family holidays. On vacation.
At this point, no conversation is safe. š
So if you know me, just be preparedāsomehow, some way, weāre probably going to end up talking about p**p.
Itās not weird. Itās basically research at this point. š©
But in all seriousness, thereās a reason I talk about constipation so much.
Whether Iām working with a toddler struggling with potty training or an adult dealing with pelvic floor symptoms, bowel health is often a much bigger piece of the puzzle than people realize.
Constipation can affect bladder function, pelvic floor coordination, pain, pressure, toileting habitsāand in kids, it can quickly turn into withholding, fear, accidents, and a really stressful potty experience.
So yes⦠I ask about p**p. A lot. š and I LOVE it!
Because sometimes addressing whatās happening in the bathroom is an important part of improving what brought you to therapy in the first place. š©
