Happy Pride Month! 🌈

At the Mindful Oasis, we acknowledge and respect the unique qualities and differences that make each individual special, and we believe that these attributes should be valued and accepted.

June is recognized nationally in the United States as LGBTQ+ Pride Month. This recognition was formalized by President Obama, who declared June as a month of LGBTQ+ pride, promoting inclusivity and acceptance for all individuals. This month also commemorates the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in New York City, a pivotal event that galvanized the modern gay liberation movement.

Sacred Ridge Organic was built from a passion for natural wellness and a belief that what we put into and onto our bodies truly matters. I specialize in small-batch, handcrafted organic herbal teas and natural wellness products designed to support everyday health and comfort. From calming blends for relaxation and sleep to teas that support digestion, energy, and overall wellness, every product is carefully blended using high-quality organic herbs.

Many of my recipes are inspired by traditional herbal practices and years of learning about the benefits of plants and natural remedies. My goal is to provide simple, natural options that help people feel their best.
