Free school/sport physicals at the Douglas Annex in Champaign during the Love & Peace Events BBQ Sunday 7/26 from 1:30p-3:30p. If you plan on attending, please bring your physical form and pre-fill all parent/guardian portions so we can take care of as many people as possible. No worries if you don’t have one though, we will have lots of forms if you are unable to prefill. We will not be doing immunizations so you will have to get that part done elsewhere if you need them. Thank you!

My husband and I are so thankful for all of tthe support that KP Healthcare has gotten from the community. We want to give back and help out two families who are unable to provide Christmas presents for their children.
