POV: You’re watching a baby get an inversion

One of the reasons Dr. Parochka performs an inversion to assess and support movement patterns that are important for a baby’s development.

During this exercise, she’s looking for a natural reflex that causes the baby to rotate their head when the opposite leg is weighted. When that reflex is present, it can provide insight into how the neck and nervous system are functioning together.
