I’ve been going out of my comfort zone determined to try new things and join more social groups. Wednesday I took my first ever reformer Pilates class and it was fun! I finally got to use these yoga socks I bought over 10 years ago and used twice😂

The instructor was great. The reformer was not as intimidating once the instructor reviewed the parts of the reformer. You can work to your own ability, the tension is adjustable. This is great for anyone with joint pain or back pain.

The 50 minute class went by fast!
