When the body says “no”…
it’s not resistance. It’s information.

You’ve seen it in session:
The SUD won’t shift
The body stays frozen
The same sensation loops over and over
…and pushing forward doesn’t help.

At some point, it starts to feel like: “Am I missing something?”
