Bosom Buddies of Arizona Bosom Buddies of Arizona is an organization of caring volunteers who have been where you are now.

Bosom Buddies of Arizona is a member of the National Breast Cancer Coalition (NBCC). We have a network of breast cancer activists who focus on national and state grass roots advocacy in coordination with NBCC. The mission of Bosom Buddies of Arizona is to increase awareness of breast cancer by prevention, early detection and to provide support to men and women diagnosed with breast cancer, and th

eir families. We will do this through the sharing of common experiences and knowledge through personal contacts, the hotline, support groups, social media, and educational materials.

🌸 MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY 🎀

We’ve stretched our chest. We’ve given some love to our back. Now let’s keep moving down the body and show our hips a little attention! 🧘‍♀️💕

Going through cancer treatment and recovery can mean a LOT of sitting—infusion chairs, waiting rooms, appointments, recovery days and simply those days when our bodies tell us to REST. All of that can leave our hips feeling tight and stiff.

Today we’re focusing on three gentle movements:

🌸 Supine Knee-to-Chest — a simple stretch for the hips and lower back.

🌸 Supported Pigeon Pose — a deeper hip opener that can be modified with pillows or props.

🌸 Butterfly Pose — gently opens the hips and inner thighs while giving us a moment to breathe.

And remember: this isn’t about how flexible you are. It’s about giving your body a few minutes of movement, kindness and attention.

Some days you may stretch deeply.
Some days you may barely move.

Both days count. 💗

Listen to your body. Honor where you are today. And celebrate every little bit of progress.

This year marks 10 years of Impact One Breast Cancer Foundation.

A decade of strength, courage, compassion, and impact.

We are so excited and incredibly grateful to Be Kind Foundation for hosting the One Incredible Journey Breast Cancer Gala in celebration of this special milestone and in support of Impact One.

For 10 years, our mission has been about being there when someone hears the words “you have breast cancer” providing hope, essential resources, education, mammograms, and compassionate support to individuals and families when they need it most.

Now, we get to celebrate how far this journey has come together!
