EMS (EMR, EMT & TEMS) Training in Northern Virginia & DMV

Train with the EMS Agency, Not Just an EMS School
When most people search for EMR or EMT training, they find a classroom. When they train with EMERGILITY® EMS, they find an actual, licensed EMS Agency — one that practices the medicine it teaches, every day, across Northern Virginia.
EMERGILITY® EMS is licensed by the Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services (VA OEMS Agency: 50537) and is a leading private provider of First-Response and direct-access Paramedicine (daP) — Community, Concierge, and Protective Paramedicine — across Northern Virginia. We're one of only a handful of agencies in Northern Virginia delivering private Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH), and the only local EMS Agency providing medical escorts both domestically and internationally. Our instructors aren't reading from someone else's protocols. They're the ones writing them, practicing them, and refining them in the field.
That distinction matters when you're choosing where to train. Our Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) programs are built and taught by working EMS-Clinicians, which means students learn the realities of prehospital care, not just the material needed to pass a test.
Our EMR and EMT programs are based in Alexandria, Virginia, and built for students throughout Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, and the City of Alexandria — with reach extending across the wider District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region. But our reach doesn't stop there. EMERGILITY® EMS Training accepts students from all U.S. states, tribes, and territories who are ready to travel for hands-on, agency-led instruction.
Standard course dates aren't the only option. For student groups of four (4) or larger, EMERGILITY® EMS can deliver EMR, EMT, TEMS and other EMS training on a weekday, evening, weekend, flex, accelerated, or fully custom schedule — built around your team's availability rather than a fixed classroom calendar. It's an option well suited to departments, security teams, private schools, and organizations looking to train multiple people at once.
