Step away from the busyness of everyday life and gather in a supportive space for connection, meaningful conversation, reflection and community with like-minded women.

No two circles are ever exactly alike. Each gathering is shaped by the women in the room, creating an experience filled with authenticity, insight and shared wisdom.

With Mother’s Day this weekend, I’ve been thinking about how much women hold …

For their families
For their work
For everyone around them

And how rarely they are given space to simply receive.

The women’s circle on May 16 is a space for exactly that.

A place to pause
to reconnect
to be supported

This can be something you gift yourself …

It’s often not about doing more.

It’s about what’s missing:

May is Mental Health Awareness Month …

And one of the most overlooked pieces of mental well-being is something very simple: connection.

Research continues to show that meaningful connection plays a vital role in how we regulate stress, process emotions and move through life.

And yet, so many women are navigating full lives — personally, professionally, emotionally — without a space to truly exhale.

We’ve normalized doing life on our own.
But we’re not meant to.

This is something I see every day in the work I do …
and it’s exactly why I began holding space for women to gather in a more intentional way. 💫

After taking some time to be with my family, I’m grateful to be reopening space for connection again.

Today is World Health Day – a beautiful reminder that your health is your foundation … not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s the small, intentional choices you make every day:

• Move your body in a way that feels good
• Nourish yourself with real, vibrant foods
• Step outside and breathe fresh air
• Create moments of stillness and quiet
• Protect your energy and your peace
• Stay connected – to yourself and to others
