I’m home and ready to share some new skills with y’all! I learned even more treatments for head, neck, arm and hand issues. You guys know I am a major body nerd and I love helping my clients feel their best. I’m looking forward to hearing what you think about SMRT and how it feels during your session. The work I received this weekend was very effective!

I especially enjoyed taking this training with my massage school bestie Olivia 🥰 It’s been wonderful to see our careers take off and to witness each others journey. We sure have grown into our healing gifts these past 4 years. I’m excited to see what the future holds 💫

I leave tomorrow to take my SMRT head, neck, arm and hand class. Knoxville here I come! I’m very excited to be teaming up with my massage school bestie Olivia ❤️

I am receiving a treatment from the instructor and her assistant when I arrive. I am really looking forward to receiving SMRT and experiencing it as a client. It’s hard to be the only therapist around my area who offers my specialties 🥰😆

Did you know I make house calls for infants? Yep. On my way to help a little one who had a difficult birth and needs a little craniosacral to help make sure every is balanced.

Today I had the privilege of having 5 new clients thanks to your referrals. Wow! And it was an excellent treatment day with a variety of cases. I provided a mama/baby session for a 2 week old, applied therapeutic manual therapy to help manage thoracic outlet syndrome and I gave a client their first taste of CranioSacral Therapy.

I love sharing this work with our town and helping our community feel better. Thank you for telling your loved ones, friends and neighbors about me. I appreciate all of the mentions on social media.
